We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.
Returns
Customers may return items within 28 days of delivery. To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order. Once the return request is approved, the item must be returned within the remaining return period.
To be eligible for a return:

All tags and packaging must be intact

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Made-to-Order / Made-to-Measure Items
Custom or tailored pieces are final sale. -
Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased on sale or promotion are non-refundable. -
Worn, Washed, or Altered Items
Any item not in its original condition will not be accepted. -
Hygiene-Sensitive Items
Earrings, innerwear, and similar items cannot be returned.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will:

Once your return is received and inspected:
