Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.


Returns

Customers may return items within 28 days of delivery. To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order. Once the return request is approved, the item must be returned within the remaining return period.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Made-to-Order / Made-to-Measure Items
    Custom or tailored pieces are final sale.
  • Sale & Discounted Items
    Items purchased on sale or promotion are non-refundable.
  • Worn, Washed, or Altered Items
    Any item not in its original condition will not be accepted.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will:

  • Offer a replacement (if available), or
  • Provide a full refund


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or incorrect.

We may reduce the refund amount if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to try it on.


Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Faulty or damaged items
  • Incorrect items received


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
